Our ShadeTec Lite series includes a 3-year structural integrity warranty. and a 1-year warranty is included for all blinds and shutters. If the louvre system has been hardwired to a power outlet, we require it must be done by a licensed electrician and reserve the right to ask for proof that the installation was completed by a licensed electrician. Any other electrical work completed other than hardwiring the Louvre Lounge to the outlet will void the warranty for all electrical components. Please refer to the warranty policy for more information.
Installation is a 2-3 man job which any keen DIYer could complete. We provide many installation resources which cover installation on a concrete pad however, installation on a timber deck may require reinforcement. Please refer to installation help for more information. ShadeTec simply plugs into your regular power outlet although a licensed electrician can hardwire the pergola to the power outlet instead as well.
With the louvre lounge being a semi-permanent structure, building consent is most likely not necessary however, you must contact your local council to ensure the pergola complies with all local guidelines and regulations. Note: We are not liable for ensuring your pergola complies with local guidelines or regulations.
We aim to deliver all orders within 2-4 months from when the order is placed with us.
Pickup is from our warehouse in Auckland.
Nationwide delivery is also an option and will will quoted seperaetly if required.
All orders are expected to be delivered within 2-10 business days from the date of shipment.

Unique Rubber Seal System
To keep you dry on those wet days and enhance waterproofing, a rubber seal is featured on all louvre blades.
Effective Water Disbursement
Once water enters the channels between louvre blades, this flows into the internal guttering system which disburses water through each PVC downpipe.
