We recently installed our Shadetech which came out really well. Dylan was absolutely great from the word go with excellent communication and advise. We had a terrible experience with another provider but Louvre Lounge to the rescue! Great product and customer service. Very committed.

What is the process from measuring to installation?
The process is extremely seamless.
Firstly you'll need to measure the space you want to cover (if you need help with this our team can arrange a professional measure).
Following this we'll arrange for drawings to be completed and on approval the order will be confirmed.
So whats next?
Once the order is confirmed, we'll get your louvre system into production. Once all quality checks have been completed, we'll deliver your brand new louvre system direct to your address.
Following this you simply need to install the louvre system using the instruction guides provided or simply contact us and we can help arrange installation for you.
How do I measure my space?
Measure the maximum length and width of the space to be covered. For height, provide the highest point the louvre system should reach. Deduct 16cm (160mm) from the overall height to calculate the internal height.
If you’re looking to make sure the louvre system is installed above a window/doorway, ensure the internal height is greater than the height of the window/doorway.

How do I complete Installation?

What colours are available?
You can choose from either Black, White, Charcoal Grey or a combination of colours. Order a FlexiLouvre Starter Pack to get colour samples!
What if I want more than one side attached to a wall?
Complete the online quote form and select "Wall-Mounted" in the calculator. We will assume the length entered will be wall-mounted.
If you want more sides attached to a wall, indicate in the "Additional Comments" section on the last page of the quote form which sides need to be attached to a wall.
From there we'll provide the drawings as per your requirements.
Don't worry if the drawings aren't perfect the first time, we can revise them as many times as needed!

What is the lead time?
We aim to deliver all orders within 2-4 months from when the order was placed with us. Contact us to confirm the lead time.
How long is the warranty?
FlexiLouvre includes a 5 year warranty on all structural components and 3 year warranty on all electrical components.
